Physical exercise is vital to the Wildwood program. Our students engage in morning movement on most days (usually playing dodgeball, drumming, yoga, or a hike), and have three hours a week of Sportsmanship - our unique program that blends physical exercise with lessons on the role of sports throughout history along with the attributes of a good competitor, teammate, and captain.

Our sports are varied and typically rotate on a month long schedule. Some examples of sports we'll play include pickle ball, touch rugby, soccer, water polo, self-defense, bouldering, ultimate frisbee, Wildwood Olympics, basketball, and more.
