Instructional Strategies Consultant
Julie Cucuel, M.Ed, is an experienced educational leader who has a true passion for instructional excellence. Her work spans over 20 years and includes experiences as a classroom teacher, college professor, national & state conference presenter, instructional coach and educational consultant. Julie specializes in providing individualized support to classroom teachers, as well as leading teams through curriculum alignment processes. She will work collaboratively with Wildwood's educators to provide training in research-based strategies, analyze Wildwood's curriculum to ensure it remains rigorous & innovative, and support educators in their professional practice to guarantee all students are achieving academic progress and success.
Throughout the Gorge, Julie supports a variety of educational initiatives and teacher training programs which include advocating for and coordinating STEM opportunities for youth through her work at the Columbia Gorge STEM Hub, supporting early childhood educators through course development and delivery at Columbia Gorge Community College and providing data-driven, objective classroom observations for the National Council for Professional Recognition.
